Navigating Tigg

A step‑by‑step guide to exploring and using Tigg’s core features effectively

After logging into your user account, you will first land on the Organization Home Screen. This dashboard displays a list of all organizations that have been added under your account.


 
From this screen, you can:
  • View and access organizations you are already part of
  • Accept organization invitations from other users through the Invitation tab  to gain access or decline inv
  • User profile settings using the option available at the top-right corner of the dashboard
Once you select open tigg in organization, you will be redirected to that organization’s dashboard, where you can access modules such as sales, purchases, accounting, inventory, and reporting.


Tigg Dashboard
After logging into your organization, you will land on the Tigg dashboard. From here, you can access all modules required to manage your business operations, including sales, purchases, accounting, inventory, and reporting.
The primary navigation menu is located on the left side of the screen. Understanding this structure will help you move efficiently between different areas of the system.

Top Navigation Bar

The top navigation bar provides quick access to commonly used tools and system controls, allowing you to move efficiently within Tigg.

Recent History
Displays recently visited menus and transactions, helping you return quickly to items you accessed earlier.


Search
Use the search field to locate transactions (such as invoices, purchase bills, and journal vouchers), records (including items and contacts), reports, features, and navigation menus across the system.


Support
Provides access to Tigg’s customer support. You can initiate a support request by selecting Support and starting a new conversation. All requests are handled by trained support representatives.


Fiscal Period Selector
Displays the currently active reporting period (for example, This Fiscal Year to Date). You can change the period to view financial data for a different time range.


User Profile
Access account-related options such as managing your profile and logging out.


AD / BS View Toggle
Allows you to choose how financial data is presented by switching between AD and BS views, based on your reporting preference.

Sidebar Overview

The sidebar groups features based on business functions. Each module contains tools related to a specific operational area.
Quick Create Button
The Quick Create button allows you to create transactions directly without navigating through the sidebar menus. Use it to quickly start records such as invoices, purchase bills, journal vouchers, and other frequently used entries.

CRM

The CRM module helps you manage relationships, communication, and business opportunities.
Deals – Track potential sales opportunities and monitor their progress.
Contacts – Maintain a centralized list of business contacts.
Contact Group – Organize contacts into groups for easier management.
SMS – Send messages to contacts directly from the system.

Workflow

The Workflow module supports internal coordination and process tracking.
Tasks – Create and manage work items assigned to users.
Document – Store and manage internal documents.
Transaction Approval – Review and approve transactions before they are finalized.
Sales

The Sales module manages the complete customer transaction cycle.
Quotations – Prepare price estimates for customers.
Sales Orders – Record confirmed customer orders.
Invoice – Generate invoices for goods or services provided.
Credit Notes – Issue adjustments for returned goods or billing corrections.
Customer Payment – Record payments received from customers.
Customers – Maintain customer records.
Marketplace – Manage transactions originating from connected marketplaces.
Allocate Customer Payments – Link received payments to outstanding invoices.

Purchase

Purchase Order – Create and track orders placed with suppliers.
Purchase Bills – Record bills received from suppliers.
Expenses – Capture non-inventory business expenses.
Supplier Payment – Record payments made to suppliers.
Debit Notes – Document purchase returns or adjustments.
Suppliers – Maintain supplier records.
Supplier Payments – View and manage payment history.
Allocate Supplier Payments – Link payments to outstanding bills

Accounting

The Accounting module contains core financial tools used to maintain accurate books.
Journal Voucher – Record manual accounting entries.
Cash Transfers – Transfer funds between cash and bank accounts.
Quick Payment – Record payments quickly without navigating full workflows.
Quick Receipt – Record incoming funds efficiently.
Charts of Account – View and manage your account structure.
Bank Accounts – Maintain company bank accounts.
Cheque RegisterTrack issued and received cheques.
Inventory

The Inventory module helps you monitor stock movement and production activities.
Products – Manage items available for sale or use.
Variant Products – Handle products with multiple variations.
Variant Attributes – Define attributes such as size or color.
Product Category – Organize products into categories.
Units of Measurement – Define measurement units for inventory.
Warehouse Transfer – Move stock between warehouses.
Inventory Adjustment – Update stock levels when discrepancies occur.
Bills of Materials – Define raw materials required for production.
Production Order – Plan and track manufacturing activities.
Production Journal – Record accounting impact of production.

Reports
The Reports module provides financial and operational insights based on recorded transactions. Use it to review performance, monitor balances, and support decision-making.

Configurations
The Configurations module allows you to manage system settings and organizational preferences.

Apps – Enable or manage available system applications.
Users & Permissions – Control user access and roles.
Import / Export – Transfer data into or out of the system.
Opening Balances – Enter initial balances when starting accounting in Tigg.
Tigg Subscriptions – View and manage your subscription details.
Organization – Update organization-level information and settings.

Dashboard
Quick Links 
Quick links are the menu links where users can pin their favourite menu and reports so that the features or reports are quickly accessible.
Transaction Summary
Displays Quick Transaction summary like sales, Purchase , Payment and Receipt also display comparison with previous period . User can select the period from the date filter 
Bank Balance Summary :
Display the bank and cash balance summary for the organization
Recent Transaction:
Displays recent transaction that are recorded Recently

Tips for Efficient Navigation
Use the Search Bar for Faster Access
The search bar allows you to quickly locate transactions, records, reports, and system features without browsing through multiple menus. This is especially useful when working with frequently accessed entries such as invoices, contacts, or journal vouchers.
Customize Quick Links on the Dashboard
Quick Links provide shortcuts to commonly used records and modules. You can modify these links using Edit Links to match your workflow and reduce navigation time.
Combine Search and Quick Links
Use Quick Links for the features you access regularly, and rely on the search bar when you need to locate specific records or less frequently used functions.
